The Annual General Meeting (AGM), purpose is for the the current Committee members to resign and a new Committee to be appointed to represent the Boscombe area, with a new agenda presented by the ingoing Committee.

Eligible voters to vote or stand for the new Committee are made up residents and people who work in the Boscombe area, Ward Councillors are allowed to vote for Committee members and on initatives.
